It is great to add some glamour to the food industry, like television shows have done for the food world and inspiring people to work in the industry. These days I travel so much its hard to get into a routine. When Im on the road, I tend to use hotel gyms. When Im home in L.A., I like to hike and hit the surf. All in all, I try to keep a balanced diet and exercise routine, which has stood me in good stead to date. – Curtis Stone
