When I was in elementary school, we werent allowed to do sports other than cheerleading. By junior high, they let us play, but we had to come back after 6:30 p.m. to practice because there was only one gymnasium and the boys used it first. – Jackie Joyner-Kersee
You need to put what you learn into practice and do it over and over again until its a habit. I always say, Seeing is not believing. Doing is believing. There is a lot to learn about fitness, nutrition and emotions, but once you do, you can master them instead of them mastering you. – Brett Hoebel
