Flexibility is crucial to my fitness. Incorporating a good warm-up and cool-down into every session decreases my chances of injury. I use both dynamic and static stretching in my training. Ive starting doing a few yoga sessions which incorporates muscle strength and flexibility. – Samantha Stosur

Receiving the Newcombe Medal for a third year in a row is an amazing honour. The Newcombe Medal is a great occasion for the Australian tennis community to come together and celebrate our sport, recognise peoples achievements and contributions to Australian tennis. – Samantha Stosur
I think that were in a really amazing time, where there are really a lot of really fantastic female actresses and comedians.
